Our commercial journey began in 1986 as a sole proprietorship trading automotive spare parts. In 1992, we expanded into the construction materials sector. Over time, with the addition of regional domestic dealerships, our business grew significantly.

Continuing under our corporate identity as TEKIN TICARET LTD. ŞTI., our company played a key role in supplying construction materials for numerous tourism facilities following the rapid growth of tourism in our region starting in 1992. The increasing number of accommodation projects allowed us to reach a high level of customer satisfaction through both the variety of our products and the quality of our after-sales service.

Bringing together our 11 years of experience, we established TURKEVI Yapı Ltd. Şti. to introduce a new architectural vision to our region.

In 2002, with the legalization of property purchases by foreign nationals in Turkey, our area quickly became a point of attraction—especially for British citizens. This increasing demand led us to expand our operations from building material supply into real estate development and construction.

We have always stayed true to our goal of creating not standard, generic buildings, but distinctive structures that add character to our region. We chose the name TÜRKEVİ purposefully, to reflect our commitment to authentic, meaningful architecture.

We have never strayed from the path we set out on especially in choosing a meaningful company name  to bring distinctive character to our region, rather than standard, uniform buildings.Red roof tiles, wooden eaves, badadeli (traditional-style wooden) posts, wooden porches, wooden doors and windows, and wooden shutters, these are just some of the details.

We proudly represented both our company and our country at international property fairs in the UK on two occasions. These events allowed us to introduce our vision and projects to a global audience.

At TÜRKEVİ, we do not aim to build cold, imposing, luxury buildings.Instead, we strive to create warm, wooden homes that respect their surroundings and reflect a timeless architectural identity.We combine quality, aesthetics, and functionality in all our projects, while remaining deeply respectful of the cultural and environmental character of our region.
